6 Comments Reason # 1,423 Why I Can’t Wait to Go Back to the States
Look at what I found in my mailbox today:
In Canada, we have a choice of marshmallows: jumbo or miniature. In the US, I’ve discovered they have gingerbread flavoured marshmallows (mmm…) and now toasted coconut (oh!). I’ve never been much of a marshmallow fan until now, now that I know they are divine with a bit (lot) of flavour infused into them!
Looks like chocolate and chips aren’t the only thing to have more variety in the U.S.

C’mon down and load up! You can have my share of coconut marshmallows.
That’s very generous of you!
Oh geez. Here my heart skipped a beat when I saw the title! You might just have to TAKE ALONG some marshmallows.
When we lived in the States we couldn’t get Nabob coffee and Canned Tuna in water. I could only find it in oil. Yuck! Plus, I wanted CloverLeaf brand. Anyway, it was the “currency of choice” for any and all who came to visit. To answer the question of, “Can we bring anything?” that was always the answer.
Just think, you don’t even have to worry about taking stuff along in your luggage either. That was always “fun”.
Now start shopping.
Oh…my bad. I think I have to work on my comprehension skills. (it’s getting worse I tell ya)
Never mind.
I haven’t seen those in years! Of course, I don’t do the shopping so I haven’t seen much in years.
Bob, *shakes head* LOL No Nabob coffee in the States? Darn, and that’s what I’ve been drinking up here. Oh, well, guess I’ll need to see what passes for joe south of the ’49th.
Linda, how do I get myself a personal shopper?!
